Sounds like you could use Production Pro. You didn't mention the name of your musical, but many of the licensing houses offer it as a resource.
Even if it's not offered officially, IIRC they may be able to assist (I believe they have basic options for non-represented shows and shows in the public domain, for example). Not an authority! Here's their website:
