If you do not have an approved PO and need a copy of your renewal notice in order to get one, please reach out to us via email at
members@schooltheatre.org. We are happy to provide a PDF version of the renewal notice.
If you already have an approved PO #, you can use the following steps:
1. Login at
https://myedta.schooltheatre.org/2. Once your Personal Snapshot Loads, look for the Troupe Renewal Dues notification box that appears directly under your name, and click My Orders:
3. When the My Orders page loads, you should see a Cart in the Membership Renewals section. Locate this cart and click Pay Now.
4. Within the Cart Details, select the Pay With Purchase Order option, verify the billing address, and then click Submit.
5. After submitting, please email a copy of your approved PO or your PO number to
members@schooltheatre.org. This will allow us to apply the PO number and finalize the official invoice.

If you are paying with a purchase order, you can generate your own invoice simply by entering the PO# and completing the transaction as you normally would. If you are not paying with a purchase order, or if your school district requires you to show the invoice in order to generate the purchase order, please contact us directly at members@schooltheatre.org and we will send you an invoice directly.
