  • 1.  Help - Finding/Printing a Receipt / Past Invoice

    Good morning,
    I have scoured the EdTA website and viewed the membership portal tutorial and read the user's guide, but I cannot find my past orders to print receipts. My school's bookkeeper emailed me wanting receipts, then she called me this morning. I even click on Order History - and it shows I have no orders. 
    I need a receipt from the Trophy Store, the Regalia Shop, and a receipt showing that my new inductees have paid. I have called the help line and left a voice mail, but I have not yet received a call back. Can anyone please assist me?

    Thanks for touching base about this! Based on our correspondence from yesterday afternoon, I believe you now have everything you need. If that should change, please let us know! 

    At this time, troupe directors have access to any invoice with a balance due via their Membership Portal. If a troupe director should need a copy of an invoice that is paid in full, we are glad to send one! Please send an email request to members@schooltheatre.org, and we'll be glad to reply as soon as possible. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

    Although I got order confirmation by email that shows a zero balance due, I never received an email invoice after the fact. Am I understanding that we now have to request past invoices rather than having access to them on our account?  If so, I vote to alter this for the ease of accounting on our end. Sometimes we need a past statement immediately for district purposes. If my invoice went to spam or some such, I am not finding it.

    Great question! We are currently working to add access to paid invoices as soon as possible. In the meantime, we are happy to provide copies of paid invoices by request. We're best able to receive those requests at members@schooltheatre.org.
