At this time, troupe directors have access to any invoice with a balance due via their Membership Portal. If a troupe director should need a copy of an invoice that is paid in full, we are glad to send one! Please send an email request to
members@schooltheatre.org, and we'll be glad to reply as soon as possible. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

Subject: Help - Finding/Printing a Receipt / Past Invoice
Good morning,
I have scoured the EdTA website and viewed the membership portal tutorial and read the user's guide, but I cannot find my past orders to print receipts. My school's bookkeeper emailed me wanting receipts, then she called me this morning. I even click on Order History - and it shows I have no orders.
I need a receipt from the Trophy Store, the Regalia Shop, and a receipt showing that my new inductees have paid. I have called the help line and left a voice mail, but I have not yet received a call back. Can anyone please assist me?
